I wanted to thank you for your service in completion of the Chen purchase last week. Your reputation helped the listing agent convince the shorting lender that my buyer was serious and well qualified. This was a huge plus as we were able to get the home under contract quickly before being outbid by another buyer. When our already tight closing window of 3 weeks was reduced suddenly to 2 weeks by the shorting lender, you were able to almost meet that deadline (only 1 day off), which was miraculous to say the least.
